If you find fiddling with the My Account Portal or your device settings too confusing, let our Support Team do the work!

The 'MyNetFone Remote Support' App is the stress-free way to resolve any Account or Device settings issues. It involves simply downloading the App, which then generates a remote login username and password for our Support Team to access your computer and configure the correct settings for you.


Download the App “MyNetFone QuickSupport”. Open the folder where your downloads are usually saved, and run the App by double-clicking on it.


A Disclaimer will pop up - if you accept these terms, click 'Agree'. The App will take up to a few seconds to generate a username and password for remote login.


If you are a Residential Customer, please call our Residential Support Team on 1300 731 048 between Monday to Friday from 8AM to 8PM (AEST/AEDT) or on Saturday from 8AM to 6PM (AEST/AEDT) and provide the username and password to them.


Our Support representative will use the Team Viewer software to remotely login to your computer and configure the settings you require, while you explain your requirements over the phone.

You will be able to see everything our Support representative does with your system on your own computer screen.

For your security, when you close the "MyNetFone QuickSupport" App on your computer, the remote login connection will be closed, the logins will expire & our team will no longer be able to access your computer. You can close the App at any time.
